Great stay , pool and sauna are as good as any spa we have been to.
In view of possible poor weather in Cornwall , the games room and pool are great.

The house is very well equipped and loads of space , we were a group of adults and there was space for quiet times if needed ,
would recommend to anyone

This is by far the best house we have stayed in and the moment we arrived, we knew it was right.

The communication was so helpful as I had a few requests from the onset. It is always a bit of punt but we quickly realized that the descriptions were accurate and the charming home is a secretly tucked away gem that was exactly what we wanted and with so much to keep our teenagers entertained and busy- they were happy to hang out and swim, play basketball, football or hit the games room and so much space.
We were all so comfortable and the newly renovated, modern bathrooms were delightful in this 16th-century farmhouse.
We stocked the huge American refrigerator with food, grilled at night.

We found the location to be central to so many villages and there was everything nearby for the kids including Adrenalin Quarry, Paintball, Escape Rooms, Paddle Boarding. Best Air B n B experience to date.

We were a party of 8 including adults and offspring ranging from 10-18 years old.
We had a fabulous time, all of the rooms were very spacious and there was plenty of room to either be together or to do things separately.
The games room and pool area are a brilliant addition, we spent a lot of time there!
The kitchen is well kitted out with pots, pans etc. and the beds are very comfy.
The owners were excellent hosts, very friendly and responsive.
The house is well situated for exploring Cornwall. If you are thinking of booking do it, you won‘t regret it!
We hope to return as well.

I came to Merryfield farmhouse with 8 of my friends, and we had such an amazing time.
There is plenty of parking space, we managed to fit 4 cars easily.
Everything was even better than we anticipated, you could probably spend a whole week just in the house and not get bored!
The owners were always on hand with anything we needed and always quick to reply.
The value of this place is incredible, especially if you come with a big group!

Had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse, cannot recommend it enough.

Me and my family had such a wonderful stay here, the kids loved everything about it and so did us adults.
Lovely setting in the countryside, with so many things to do around you.
Shame it rained quite a lot but we still had a great time.

Amazing place, great facilities, warm welcome and so homely.
We loved every second of it and would recommend for couples, families and anyone with dogs.
